Anybody know where i can download a newer version of Flash creator for free? i got a new computer and lost my old program. help please?

I haven't made anything in oh... 2 years because my desktop wiped and i think now i might have what it takes to make some decent flash i just need to get the program reinstalled which i am doing today. I apologize for any of my previous work for i know it was all complete and utter crap.
